FAQ

How does the glow work?

Leave your case under sunlight or a bright light for a few seconds, and the sand inside will glow when the lights go off. The glow fades gradually and charges up again every time it's back in the light.

Why are there small bubbles inside my case?

Glow cases use a special sand and gel layer to create the glow. Changes in temperature and pressure can form small air bubbles in this layer. This is natural for all liquid glow cases and is not a defect. It doesn't affect the glow or the case in any way, and every case is quality checked before dispatch.

Can I return or exchange my case?

Yes. Raise a request within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video. For a return, ₹200 is deducted from your refund towards forward and reverse shipping. For an exchange or a different phone model, ₹200 is payable. The case must be unused and in its original packaging.

What if my case arrives damaged or I receive the wrong product?

We're really sorry if that happens! Reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear unboxing video on WhatsApp at 9920054240, and we'll send a replacement free of cost.

How long does delivery take?

Your order is delivered within 5–7 working days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

We offer partial COD. You pay ₹200 online when placing your order, and the balance is paid when your parcel arrives. The advance is non-refundable on cancellations or returns, but if the issue is from our side, it is adjusted against your replacement.
