Shipping policy

At Pinnacle Case, we aim to deliver your phone cases quickly, securely, and with complete transparency. Please review the details below to understand our processing times, shipping durations, and related guidelines.

Processing Time

  • For Custom Cases : Orders are processed within 3–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • For Other products: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes approximately 5-6 business days depends on the address.  Overall it may take 5-10 business days to get delivered at your location for Custom Cases, and for other products it may take 4-6 business days.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow your package’s journey.

Delays & Delivery Issues

We work hard to ensure timely delivery, but delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or other unforeseen events.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at thepinnaclecase@gmail.com.
Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please notify us within 48 hours at thepinnaclecase@gmail.com
Include your order number and relevant photos (if applicable) for quicker assistance.

Cancellation Policy

Pinnacle Case doesn't provide any cancellation policy once the order is placed.

Order Fulfillment & Address/Phone Number Changes

Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, any request to change the delivery address or contact number may result in additional courier or redirection charges, which must be covered by the customer.
Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order. If changes are required, contact us as early as possible to avoid extra costs.
