Partial Payment Policy

How Partial Payment (Partial COD) Works

We offer Partial Cash on Delivery so you can order with confidence. You pay a small advance online, and the balance when your parcel arrives.

• Advance (online): ₹200, paid at checkout by UPI, card, net banking or wallet.
• Balance (on delivery): the remaining order amount, paid to the delivery agent when your parcel arrives.

Order Confirmation

• Your order is confirmed only after the ₹200 advance is paid successfully.
• You’ll receive an email/SMS with:
  Order summary + initial payment receipt.
  Due amount and instructions to pay online (if chosen).
  Every case is printed after you order, so we start preparing your order as soon as the advance is received. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and arrive in 5–6 working days (7–9 for J&K and the North-East).

Changes & Cancellations

• Change within 2 hours: to change your phone model or design, message us on WhatsApp within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, your case goes into printing and cannot be changed.
• Made-to-Order products (Matching Cases, Breaking Bad, Series, Desi Diva and similar) cannot be cancelled once printing has begun.
• Ready-Made products (Coquette, Sand Glow, Anti Yellow Transparent, Pink Bow Phone Charm) can be cancelled before dispatch.
• On a cancellation before dispatch, everything you have paid is refunded except the ₹200 advance, which is non-refundable.

At the Time of Delivery

• Please record a continuous unboxing video from the sealed parcel to the complete opening. It is required for any wrong, damaged or misprinted product claim.
  

Payment Structure

• Due Amount: Online Payment: Pay via UPI, card, wallet, or bank transfer using a payment link we’ll email/SMS to you.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay cash to the agent upon delivery.

Refused or Undelivered Parcels

• The ₹200 advance is non-refundable if the parcel is refused, not accepted, or returned because you were unavailable.
• If an order that came back (RTO) is shipped again, a ₹120 reshipping and return charge applies.

Returns, Exchanges & Replacements

Returns and exchanges on Partial COD orders follow the same product-wise rules as every other order. Please read our Returns, Refunds & Replacements policy for details.

• Wrong, damaged or misprinted by us: free replacement, and your ₹200 advance is adjusted against the replacement.
• For any other return or cancellation, the ₹200 advance stays non-refundable.

Offers & Coupons

Offers and coupon codes apply as described on the offer itself. The ₹200 advance amount is fixed and does not change with discounts.
