At Pinnacle Case, we aim to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
Important Notes
No Returns
Once the order is placed, there is no cancellation or refund policy as such. We currently do not accept product returns. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we offer exchanges for eligible cases.
Exchanges may be possible only if the product arrives damaged or wrong under any circumstances.
To confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small advance payment is required. This advance amount is considered an order confirmation fee and helps us process genuine orders.
If the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery or is unavailable to receive it, the advance amount will not be refunded.
In case the order is returned to us (RTO) and the customer still wishes to receive the product, the order can be reshipped after paying ₹120 to cover the shipping and return charges.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy helps us continue providing quality products and reliable service.
Unboxing Video Required
To qualify for any exchange claim:

Record a full unboxing video from the moment you receive the parcel.

The video must clearly show:

The parcel with the seal intact

The entire unboxing process without cuts or edits

If the seal is broken upon delivery, do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately.
Claims without a proper unboxing video cannot be accepted.
Refund Process
If your return/exchange request is approved:

You will be notified via email once your item is received and inspected.

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your phone case arrives damaged or defective:

Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or exchange.
