Return & Refund Policy

At Pinnacle Case, most of our products are made to order. Please read the following policy before placing your order.

🚫 Sale & Matching Collections

Products purchased during a sale, including Matching Cases and The Vibe – Edit Collection, are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Exchanges are considered only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. The replacement will be for the same design and phone model. Any issue must be reported on the day of delivery.

🔄 Coquette & Glow Cases

For Coquette and Glow Cases, we offer a 2-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.

  • Refund: ₹200 will be deducted towards shipping and RTO charges. The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Exchange: ₹200 will be charged towards shipping and RTO costs for the replacement.

  • Damaged/Defective/Wrong Item: No ₹200 deduction will apply. We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.

🎥 Unboxing Video

For damaged, defective, or incorrect-product claims, a continuous unboxing video is required. The video should clearly show the sealed parcel and the complete opening process without cuts or edits.

Claims without valid unboxing proof may not be accepted.

💳 COD Orders & RTO

COD orders require a small advance payment for order confirmation. This amount is non-refundable if the parcel is refused, not accepted, or returned due to the customer being unavailable.

If an RTO order needs to be shipped again, a ₹120 reshipping and return charge will apply.
