FAQ

The Print Is Inside the Case, Not On Top

Raised Edges That Guard Your Camera & Screen

A raised lip around the camera and screen keeps the lenses and display off the table when you set your phone face-down or face-up. Fewer scratches, with no bulk added.

Objects & complements

TRUE STYLE REQUIRES NO COMPROMISE - DESIGN FIRST, PROTECTION ALWAYS

Details

01. Raised Camera Guard

The rim sits above the lenses, so they never touch the table when you set your phone down.

02. Grip that holds

Textured side panels keep the phone steady in your hand and stop it sliding off smooth surfaces.

03. Ready for your charms

Two lanyard holes at the bottom corner. Loop in a phone charm or strap, no extra attachment needed.

FAQ

Can I order matching cases for two different phone models?

Yes! Just select the correct phone model for each case while ordering. Both cases are printed and shipped together.

I ordered a matching pair and only one case has an issue. What happens?

If the issue is from our side (damaged in transit, misprinted, or printed for the wrong model), we'll replace that one case free of cost. Just share your unboxing video and order number within 24 hours of delivery.

If you selected the wrong phone model, there's no need to reorder the whole pair. Simply order the solo case for the correct model and it will be printed to match your other half.

How long does delivery take?

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 5–6 working days. For Jammu & Kashmir, Assam and the other North-Eastern states, and other remote areas, delivery may take 7–9 working days.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

We offer partial COD. You pay ₹200 online when placing your order, and the balance is paid when your parcel arrives.

Can I return or exchange my case?

Every Pinnacle Case is printed especially for you and your phone model, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. We hope you understand. It's what lets us make each case just for you.

What if I selected the wrong phone model while ordering?

No worries! Just reach out to us on WhatsApp at 9920054240 within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll update it for you. Once your order goes into printing, we're unable to make any changes, so please double-check your phone model before ordering.
